Clandeboye is situated in the beautiful village of Conlig in Co. Down. It is home to two superb courses, both of which offer an exceptional and varied round of golf. The Dufferin Course is often celebrated for its views over the Belfast Lough and the Scottish coast into the distance, while the Ava Course is known for its surreal setting.

The Ava Course is the smaller of the two and is often described by various golfing publications as the ideal partner for the bigger and more intimidating Dufferin Course.

Although much smaller, it has a number of superb holes, the par five 2nd being a particular stand out.
