Bandon Golf Club is a well-established parkland course and is pleasing on the eye, too. It measures 6196 yards - not long by today's standards - and has a par of 70. But, as any good golfer will know, a course doesn't necessarily have to be long to be good and Bandon certainly proves that point. Visitors are welcome, though the club ask for bookings to be made by prior arrangement.
There's a restaurant and bar at the club and the presence of proper practice facilities ensure that you should have no excuses by the time you step up on to the first tee. Caddies can be provided if they are requested in advance.
