Course Description

Located on Dublin's golden North Coast in the beautiful seaside resort of Malahide, this challenging parkland course offers variety, inspiration and a genuine test of golf that you're unlikely to forget in a hurry.

Golfers visiting this 27-hole complex will find a scenically beautiful course that is always in immaculate condition. Aside from the majesty of the golf, the views of Howth Head and The Wicklow Mountains from the clubhouse are special, to say the least. Malahide has a magnificent clubhouse with an excellent bar and one of the best golf club restaurants in Ireland. Interestingly, Nathaniel Hone, one of the greatest ever Irish landscape painters, founded the course in 1892.

Originally designed by Hackett and remodelled by Craddock in 2002 (Yellow). Further more recent redevelopment has been carried out by Jeff Howes in 2007 (Blue) and 2009 (Red).
