A nine-hole course, Spanish Point Golf Club lies on the N67, two miles from Miltown Malby and just under ten miles from Lahinch. It enjoys a spectacular setting on the breathtaking Co Clare coastline and proves popular with the visitors who turn up there every year.

This mature course - it was founded in 1896 - provides difficulities which demand accuracy from the golfer. It overlooks the beach at Spanish Point, offering fine views but also strong Atlantic winds, especially at the par-3 sixth hole. It presents a stern chalenge to all categories of handicap golfers, but is an enjoybale golfing experience.
