Larne Golf Club

Larne is situated in Island Maghee with stunning views over the sea and inland to the Mountains across Larne Loch. The so-called Seven Sisters make for a striking vista on a sunny day.

The course is surrounded by seas and is a typical links layout, with sandy fairways and long grassy rough. The best hole is the par three 7th which is played blind over water from an elevated tee. The green is protected by two bunkers and is itself gently sloping.

The sixth hole, named 'Chasm', is probably the most difficult as your drive must be short of the gaping ditch and then your second must clear it.
