Downpatrick Golf Club

Downpatrick boasts some of the best scenery of any golf course in Ulster. It has incredible views over Strangford Lough and the Mountains of Mourne and on a clear day the Isle of Man can be seen from a number of holes.

For the past few years the club has been carrying out extensive work changing the contours on the greens and changing the layout of the fairways. In addition to that work, a large number of trees and shrubs have been planted to complement the new layout.

The course measures 6, 120 yards, with a par of 70. 'Camp', the par three 11th, is one of the most testing and picturesque holes in Ulster.
