Swords Open Golf Club

Swords Open Golf Centre is only five minutes from Swords town centre, five mins and roughly ten minutes form Dublin Airport. It is a popular pay-and-play parkland course in the idyllic surroundings of North County Dublin along the banks of the Broadmeadow river. Keep an eye out for the river as is crops up on more than one occasion. It lies directly behind the first hole, while a stream runs across the second fairway and out-of-bounds on the right protects the third. Again, the river runs all along the right hand side of the fourth and fifth, with mature trees on both sides of the sixth and out-of-bounds right and left of the seventh and eighth and well placed bunkers on the ninth.
