Mountrath Golf Club

Founded in 1929, Mountrath is a picturesque, undulating parkland course that enjoys a wonderful position at the foot of the Slieve Bloom Mountains, about half a mile from the own on the Dublin/Limerick road. Golfers will relish the fine lush fairways and manicured greens guarded by deep well shaped bunkers - all of which are guaranteed to test the driving, pitching and putting ability of the best.

Presenting as good a challenge as any golfer is likely to find, the course is set in an area of wild natural beauty with the Slieve Boom Mountains as a splendid backdrop. New greens at the 10th and 16th holes, extended tees and new water features will all add to the quality of the course.
