Founded in 1985, this championship golf course stands on 125 acres of parkland with many water hazards and stately, mature trees all around. It is roughly a 40-minute drive from Dublin's city centre.
Housed in a 19th century Palladian mansion, the clubhouse commands panoramic views of the course, which stretches to 6, 424-yards. It has hosted the Irish International Professional Matchplay Championship and the Irish Club Professional Championship and according to Christy O'Connor Snr, it has the most difficult opening hole in Irish golf.
